I was born and raised in New York, however unlike the typical New Yorker stereotype, I always wanted to get out there and explore what nature and the world has to offer. 

I love traveling (that's Greece behind me), all nature related sports - hot or cold  (skiing, snowboarding, bike riding, canoeing, swimming, rollerblading, ice skating etc).

I just recently got married, and after receiving a degree in political science and european history, and then spending another 8 months studying and interning as a pastry chef, I have decided to go free lance and market alternative nutrition products at  www.goodnutritioncenter.com. 

I've always been interested in healthy eating and nutrition.  Now I get to share years worth of randomly accumulated facts with other people that actually find them interesting and helpful.  What could be better???
